A Google Search Console state meaning Google knows the URL exists but has not crawled and indexed it yet.
Why it matters
On a large site this bucket becomes a number rather than a worklist — the report tells you how many URLs are affected, not which ones to fix first. Turning the count back into a list of URLs is the practical job.
