Accessibility Statement

MB Laimingas Verslas is committed to making Indexhog usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology. This statement covers the public website and the signed-in application.

Conformance status

We target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, the standard referenced by the European Accessibility Act and by EN 301 549. This service is partially conformant: most of the standard is met, but some content does not yet fully conform. We do not claim full conformance.

How we test

We build against documented internal accessibility standards covering semantic markup, form labelling, keyboard operation, focus behaviour, colour contrast, and reduced motion, and we review changes against them. Automated checks run on every change for a limited set of regressions — that every control has an accessible name, that form labels are attached to a control, that each page sets its own title, that data tables declare header scope, and that dialogs are named. Everything those checks cannot see — colour contrast, focus order in a real browser, screen-reader behaviour, and layout at small sizes — is assessed manually, so our overall conformance is not machine-verified.

Known limitations

A full manual audit and screen-reader review of the whole service has not yet been carried out, so barriers may remain. Outside the narrow set of automated checks described above, our review is manual, so an accessibility regression can reach production before we notice it. User-submitted content — project names, site addresses, and uploaded images — is supplied by other users, so we cannot guarantee that alternative text provided with it is adequate.

Enforcement

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the market surveillance authority responsible for accessibility in your country of residence. For users in Lithuania, this is the authority designated under the national law implementing Directive (EU) 2019/882.
